The price for our standby chauffeur service depends on the duration and the selected vehicle. In principle, the service starts from 3 hours booking and is calculated individually. The price includes waiting time, kilometers within the booking period and all included JoyPlus services (water, WLAN, discretion, premium comfort).

City trips & normal transfers
You can cancel your trip free of charge up to 3 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
If the driver is already on the way to you or the 3-hour period has elapsed, the trip can unfortunately no longer be canceled free of charge. In this case, only the booking fees will be charged.

Stand-by Chauffeur Service & larger orders
You can cancel your booking as follows:

  • Up to 24 hours before the collection time: free of charge

  • Between 24 and 6 hours before the pick-up time: 50% of the total amount

  • Less than 6 hours before the pick-up time or in the case of very last-minute cancellations: 100% as per booking

  • You can book your trip up to 5 hours before departure.
    However, as we are available for you 24/7, you can also contact us at any time by WhatsApp or telephone. Simply write or call us – we will check availability immediately and do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
